At FNL, we have many youth development programs that work with young people on many aspects from teen pregnancy prevention, alcohol, tobacco and other drug prevention, and violence prevention.
Our Mission is "To build partnerships for positive and health youth development which engage youth as active leaders and resources in their communities."
Our FNL is unique in that we are a non-profit organization. Most of the other FNLs in California are housed in the County or the Office of Education. We depend on grants and donations to run our programs and our facility.
Our building, the Historic Marysville Library Building, was built in 1906 and in need of major repair; the walls are cracking, the roof is leaking and the floor is crumbling. The grants that run our programs do not cover repair of the building. Because of our situation, we ask you for a donation to help with building repairs and maintenance.
We use PayPal, the most trusted and secure online way to collect donations. It is quick and easy, and you don't have to sign up for an account. Convenient, no?
All donations are tax-deductable.
We will gladly mail you a receipt and letter of donation for your records.
